Royalty free music, photos and other images can be found by searching on Google for "royalty free <whatever you are looking for>
Go a Google search, advanced search on copyright terms-- called "usage right"
Royalty free does not mean "free" and does not mean you can just use. Follow the directions on the web site for use.
